Payment Methods

What we accept

Marcel accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
• Apple Pay: on supported Apple devices and browsers.
• Google Pay: on supported Android devices and browsers.

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically at checkout when your device and browser support them.

Currency

All prices and charges on Marcel are processed in USD. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at its exchange rate, and a foreign transaction fee may apply depending on your provider.

Discount and promotion codes

If you have a valid promotion code, you can enter it during checkout to apply your discount before payment.

Payment security

Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of payment security. Your card information is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and is never stored on Marcel servers.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful and your order has been created.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and you will not be charged. Declines are usually caused by your bank, insufficient funds, or incorrect card details.
