Refund Policy

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 30 days if there is any problem. Claims made after this window may not be eligible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund. To make a claim we need:

• Your order number.
• A clear photo of the issue.
• A short description of the problem.

Submit your request through the Request a Refund page or email support@example.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reprint or refund at no extra cost to you.

Buyer's remorse and wrong size ordered

Because items are made on demand, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address

If an order is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, it can be reshipped, but you may be responsible for the reshipping cost. Unclaimed orders returned by the carrier may also be subject to reshipping fees.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@example.com if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an item is in production.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

1. Go to the Request a Refund page.
2. Enter your order number and the email used for the order.
3. Describe the reason and attach photos if the item is damaged or defective.
4. Submit the request so our team can review and respond by email.
